The exterior transformation began with new siding for a refreshed appearance, and a new deck and railing. Inside, the entryway was revitalized by replacing the old stone flooring with new hardwood floors, introducing a contemporary wood slat railing and adding a coordinating privacy wall between the hallway and dining room. A new built-in closet in the entry not only provides practical storage but also creates a distinct foyer, setting a clear separation from the living room.
The home's layout was opened up by removing the wall between the dining room and the kitchen, allowing unobstructed views throughout the kitchen/living area.
