The heart of the design for this residence was to create an open plan that allows for a modern style of living. The main floor was completely gutted and rearranged with only the stair and a bedroom remaining in their original locations. A new open kitchen and dining space flow seamlessly into the living room to allow for a strong connection throughout the entire light and bright space. A dormer was added to the second floor to provide additional space to transform the upstairs into a more functional space for the family. An additional kids bedroom and bath were added to the floorplan while the previously dated master suite was updated to create a more modern and welcoming space.
