At Atrium Court, Atelier Drome collaborated with Neiman Taber Architects and STS Construction to bring furnishings and artwork into a newly constructed 271 unit multifamily building in Seattle’s Othello neighborhood. Inspired by mid-century artists and modern interior architecture, the spaces layer neutral earth tones and textural materials with bright, intentional pops of color that echo featured fixtures and finishes throughout the building. A covered atrium anchors the shared amenities, offering a flexible gathering space designed for comfort in every season. Outdoor heaters and a fireplace support year-round use, while additional amenity spaces extend upward to include an open-air lounge and rooftop deck with grills, fire pits, and views of Mount Rainier. Throughout the building, curated graphic artwork provide subtle wayfinding and reflect the vibrant, multicultural character of the surrounding community, reinforcing Atrium Court’s role as a welcoming and connected place to live.
