This contemporary mixed-use building designed to offer residents a streamlined, modern living experience in West Seattle. To complement the building’s clean architectural lines and bold accent colors, we developed a brand identity that is minimal, adaptable, and instantly recognizable.
The branding system features a strong wordmark paired with a flexible logo set that can be used across signage and collateral. A refined palette of neutral tones accented by a vibrant orange brings a pop of energy while tying directly to the building’s architectural finishes. The use of bold, condensed typography keeps the identity legible and striking from both close-up and at a distance, ideal for exterior signage and wayfinding. Together, the branding and signage create a cohesive visual presence that reflects the building’s modern character and offers residents and visitors a clear sense of place.
