Capitol Hill, Seattle, WA
Juicebox, located on 12th in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, started at local farmers’ markets and quickly found a city eager for them to open their first shop. We worked with our clients to bring their distinct brand identity to their first storefront. The space needed to be clean and bright, just like their juices. Simple materials, lighting, and jars of ingredients all add to the freshness of the ambiance of the space.
A custom banquette by Aleks Dimitrijevic is located at the rear of the cafe, creating a cozy location for large parties or individuals alike. The kitchen is wide open, so patrons can experience the full process of their meal. While the cafe offers a wide variety of healthy eats, they are foremost a juicer and needed the juices to be front and center. The location of the refrigerated case allows customers to browse all of the juices, and then directs you to either stand for pick-up or sit for a meal.
