Pike Place Market, Seattle, WA
Honest Biscuits was already an established and popular brand around farmer's markets before this brick and mortar. A 430 square foot retail space in the atrium of historic Pike Place was completely converted into a kitchen with a sales and dining area. We handled the design and detailing of the cabinetry and lighting, as well as material and color selections to bring to life a brand patrons had already grown to love.
Given the small size of the space, we wanted to make the restaurant as open as possible. Open air windows in the dining area overlook the rest of the atrium, allowing patrons to fully soak in the experience of Pike Place while enjoying their delicious food.
